Squash FIT is a high intensity strength & conditioning total body workout combining functional movements and resistance training using body weight, weights and bands. This physio-led circuit based class will develop your strength, power, stability, mobility and endurance. Although squash specific, the exercises will benefit any racket or rotational sport athlete wanting to improve their performance and reduce the risk of injury.
