Professional training for the serious masters squash player.  These programmes are suitable for any female or male athlete aiming for the National Team, European or World Masters events, or those club players who purely want to improve their overall court performance and help prevent or reduce the risk of injury. 

The 12-week programme is a comprehensive periodised plan built around your individual needs and tournament schedule. 

The mix of strength & conditioning, activation & mobility and cardio exercises will allow you to move and feel better and more confident around the court.

You will be provided with support, guidance and exclusive one-to-one attention from a Chartered Physiotherapist throughout.
