Professional training for the developing squash player. These programmes are suitable for any female or male athlete who plays or is aspiring to play internationally or the club player who plays regular tournaments.
The 12-week programme is a comprehensive periodised plan built around your individual needs and tournament schedule.
You will learn how to exercise correctly to develop a solid foundation of strength and stability helping to reduce the risk of injury.
You will be provided with support and guidance throughout from a Chartered Physiotherapist.
